Hi to everone, I like the new site, and I thought I`d share some pic of the kit I`ve been on this mouth. The kit is actually two kits, the bases is a gundam mkII ver 2.0, the other kit is a conversion kit from Akocreation a GM III Novuel. I like this kit alot, it`s not your typical Gundam kit and i`ve alway prefered the GM RGM-79 line any way, well here are some pic`s

Well thanks for your feedback!

Have you actually read any of the instructions on how to upload and stuck to the 0.5MB maximum limit for photos? Probably not.

yes i know the  0.5MB maximum limit but i had hope you`d fixed that, you can`t show any detail at 0.5mb,

i`m on two other forums and they don`t have a limit like that. you have some great modellers on here but you limit what they can show, it`s just stupid.

For on screen viewing 0.5MB is absolutely fine.  I`m a photographer as well as a model builder and do not include photographs I have taken any larger than this for on screen viewing, and usually reduce them to ~1500 pixels as a maximum.  Your screen can`t show anything more than ~1900 pixels and the image size is smaller than that on screen anyway so anything more than this is a complete waste of space.  This isn`t an error on the part of the site but a conscious decision as we have to pay for all the storage space we use and if everyone is uploading 5MB+ images the space required becomes very large very quickly, the site slows down and our monthly fees jump dramatically.  We are, at the end of the day, NOT an image storage facility.

If you want to link to very large images I would recommend adding your images to a specialised photo storage site like Flickr or PhotoBucket and link to the image.

While some sites may allow huge image files to be uploaded there are also others that don`t allow any images, so we sit in the middle and the decision is a balance between allowing images to be included on the site and a reasonable image size.

So not stupid I`m afraid and that`s actually pretty insulting without considering any of the facts of operating a site.
