Spotted them the other day - always a sucker for in-scale shuttles, etc. they wouldn`t be the smallest craft I`ve worked on either :)

Decided to remove the guns on the alligator head so that they wouldn`t get in the way when painting, etc. Lost a couple when removing them (not as many as I thought I would) so will have to replace those with something else (am thinking of point defence missile launchers or something if I can find some suitable greeblies).

Fun and games :)

Looking good Mark. Be interesting to compare them when done.

I had a couple of guns left (assume there were spares...either that or I have some missing somewhere) so let me know if you want them.

Just a couple of more tweaks in between marking exam papers ... have added the PE windows to the inside of the upper head trenches (oo-er), put on the PE emblem on the spine and added a couple of little greeblies on the back of the head where it looked a bit plain.

If I get time this week I`ll try to complete at least one flight pod!

The windows in that trench look tiny!

They sure do, makes you realise just how big this ship is!

The PE set comes with two versions - the oblong ones that I have used and round ones for fibre optics.

More PE goodness! The Galactica set turned up today:

So, once I`m happy with the Triton I can continue work on the two supporting Jupiter-class Battlestars :)

By the way, look at item number 8:

That`s an in-scale Colonial One (rear view). It`s teeny!

Looks like a mosquito with a diddyman hat on sticking its tongue out.

I`m sure some comedy value will be extracted from it
