Hammer films- gotta love `em. Recently `resurrected`(ahem), the studio has enjoyed success with Let me in and Woman in Black and remains a UK based concern. `Brides` was released back in 1960 directed by the great Terence Fisher- sumptuous photography, sets and a stalwart performance from Cushing make it a Hammer fave.

I made the companion `Twins of Evil` figure a while ago when I restarted modelling- so with similar kits I`m hoping I can get a feel of improved confidence and technique (he says!).

Nice looking kit you have there Gareth, it`s a good likeness to Cushing and some really we`ll done folds to the fabrics.

All done. Wanted to push myself a little bit so used oil washes on clothing, more pastels on the face and some different acrylic paints `liquitex` with the normal vallejo which were really good and cheap. Changed the pose slightly so the head was more at an angle.
