Hi Simon, welcome to the group!

So you used to work for AMT/Ertl? Did you ever get to take kits home to "test"? Why did they send them back to the US?

Looking forward to seeing some images of your in-progress stuff, sounds like you have a lot on!

model kits back to America Vehicle Licensing problems for Darth Vader`s TIE Fighter with testors paint and glue. licence for testers is held by Iatleri in Europe so can`t be sold under the AMT banner.

Sorry I cannot put the pictures on but I in the middle of decorating my bedroom the things I`ve had to be put away EG scrolling in the cupboard I can find all shelving but when you got figures at 15 inches tall the Rocketeer and a brachial saurus  28 inches tall by 3 foot long is a bit of a nightmare let alone the truck kits and trailers I think an old army barracks would suit me to live in, all my mates all the other thing covers what was something like for Christmas or birthday 9 out of 10 time that you can guarantee it a model kit or something to do with modelling books or DVD`s for magazine subscriptions I think my friends at Clumber got no imagination maybe it`s because I don`t drink alcohol medical ground no no no I`m not an alcoholic I take medication that makes my blood very thin, watch yourself with model knives to.

Little tipple here vinyl models in the instructions it says Walmart middle forget it use a very sharp blade and trim the waist off slowly you might have to go over the same area several times I think it a lot better job.
