Been a modeller for a few years now - wingy things, trackie things and small figures. Decided to have a change of direction. Kids love Star Wars and like dressing up in their costumes. So I hope to purchase a few kits shortly.

That looks like a lovely base Tony.  Would look good with a Stormtrooper peaking round...!!!

Welcome to the site though and look forward to seeing what you get upto.

Bandai are doing some nice 1:12 scale Troopers (available on Amazon or eBay, or try Hobby Link Japan http://hlj.com if you want to order them direct).

Did you come along to the table at the show last weekend?  If so you might have seen them. They were reposed a number of times but this was one of the sensible poses.

Yes I was there with the family on Sunday. Had a little chat about the kits and models. Wife liked some of the figures that were on the table :) .

Hi Tony,

I remember talking to you as you showed me the pics of the walls you scratch built. If I recall, you have a friend who makes scenic flocking?

Don`t forget to post a new thread when you start your new kit - always interested in what other people are doing!

Cheers
