Sorry for the delay in replying, the site is blocked in work.

I started originally building enthusiastically but unskilled airfix kits before discovering that at around the age of 9 or 10 that someone made a kit of something then and now dear to my heart. The Enterprise.

I used to visit Beatties ( remember them?) most weeks to admire the new releases. Space ships that were chosen were the Eagle and Hawk, Saturn 5, Appollo lander etc. Then of course the floodgates opened in 1977 and with the release of Star Wars the ships and figures to make and own.

Now I still make figures just recently finished the Geometric Ambassador Spock. Others include the Screamin` Yoda and Chewie with Mr Fett boxed and one day to see light. Love Moebius,Monach and Polar lights offerings, again many to make.

Recently finished a Bird of prey and a Thunderbird 4.

I build any thing which interests me, have recently started the Moebius Frankie and enjoying it immensely, real time travel stuff, good fitting castings and a sense of nostalgia. I loved the BBC2 Saturday night horror double bills, ah the pre vcr age!

Sorry to ramble on but I think you get where I`m coming from!

Thanks for listening.
