Hi all,

Know this has been asked a thousand times, but can't find the how to upload photos guide.

Any pointers?

Cheers

To be honest I need to re-write it.

But:

Click the photos icon (looks like a camera in the left column)

Click the Upload Photos button

Drag and drop the photos into the band that appears or click in that to select the photos from your drive

At the button choose whether you want to upload to a specific album

Click Submit

Things to check are the image size though.  99% of the problems are because the images are bigger than the site limit of 0.5MB. So if you have issues that's the most likely reason.

Hope that works for you but let me know if not.

Alternative is if you want to upload directly into the forum (which might be more appropriate):

Click the button in the ribbon at the top of the text entry box which looks like a mountain with a sun over it.

Click the button with the folder with the magnifying glass and choose the image in the box that pops up.

Make sure you click upload afterwards and then you can select it from the list

Would recommend making the image no wider than 500 pixels (make sure the Constrain Proportions is ticked).  Bigger upsets the forum and pushes everything to one side.

Again, should work but let me know if not.

Thanks Alun, I'll give it a go.

Just resized the images, any limits on height or just stick to 500 pixels wide?

Cheers

Thanks Alun, Think it worked, doesn't seem to have pushed the forum around, so sizes must have been about right, Cheers
