Jeez! CANNOT recommended this film enough! Absolutely relentless enjoyment from start to end. Hardy is a credible Max, the (mostly practical) stunts are incredible, and the vehicles are fantastic. Even too much overused at the moment Nicholas Holt was great.

Still got a huge grin on my face....

The thing is as mad as a box of frogs- not your usual popcorn no brainer. Stunts great, vehicle/character concepts great- the guitarist on the rig-mental. I thought the film belonged to Charlize Theron rather than Hardy`s Max- he was a little too understated for my liking.

I`m always gonna choose the original over this, for me the pursuit/interceptor cars, goose, the night rider, et al make the first movie a brutal low budget gem that I never tire of watching.

I`m gonna give it an SFM;UK 4 out of 5 stars.

Just got back from watching Fury Road and it`s insane in a good way.
It felt as though Thunderdome never happened and was straight off the back of MM2 to me.....
Charlize Theron was excellent as usual....Hardy was reverting to the awful Bane accent in places and was nothing like Mel but that didnt harm the movie....
Enjoyed it.......
4 out of 5.

Fury Road has unfortunately spolied the cinema for me for the rest of the year. It is so freaking good! Now thinking of turning my Aoshima Interceptor into the one from Fury Road rather than The Road Warrior (if I ever get round to building the damn thing).
