Just a build log of the kit i got from noddy4000.

Just done a quick edit on this to load the images as photos rather than files, as I am going to switch the attachments option off.  It just makes the forum posts clunky and the images can be loaded using the camera icon in the top of the editor window. Alun

Well impressed!- the APC has gotta be up there with iconic movie vehicles- the original was modified from an airport utility truck or something.

What`s the eventual plan for this- marines disembarking on LV 426 or some sort of hangar dio?

Really nice attention to detail and I`ve never seen a Halcyon one with the interior done before.

Totally bad ass dude!!! (slams a magazine into pulse rifle propped up by computer!).

Thankyou gareth. Ive seen a couple done with interiors. First one was seriously over done and way too many pieces inside. The other one was totally spacey.
Mines not screen accurate, im just using the parts I have to hand really.
Just sprayed it up in matt black and cant wait till january for the tamiya olive drab to arrive.

Very nice work, Paul. looks so much better than the glued up mess it was when I bought it on Ebay!

Quick update on the aliens APC, got a mud effect going on.
Next thing is to build the base which im not looking forward to, not my strongsuit.

Quick question is wether i put a cargo net with ammo crates ontop via the loop hole tie downs ?

Kallisti`s build is something to behold isn`t it? I am doing a build of this one myself at the mo (I will get round to posting photos and build blog, honest). I am currently trying to figure out lighting the kit as it really needs it, but I`ve never done it before so it`s a little scary. Still it`s good to see I decide to use this as my first lighting project, `cos if I bugger it up, it`s so easy and cheap to get a replacement!

There is one area on Kallisti`s kit that is in error, however. He did a great job of building the main missile pod, but the smaller one at the top (that holds 6 rockets in each pod) he has knocked up something with 4 holes and just looks wrong. I know this is setting myself up for a big fall on my own version, but hey ho. Here are a couple of great production photos I found that have been really helpful.
