Having no luck recently with buying stuff online.

First had complete lack of response from Acreation Models over the decals I got from them and took weeks of back and forth to PayPal to get my money back.  Did get the money back in the end at least.

And now the Micro Set/Sol I ordered on eBay hasn`t turned up and having to go through a claim on that now as well.

So until I get that I`m stuck on getting the Pegasus finished and starting on the Enterprise D...

Not happy!!!

The curse continues.  Bought a t-shirt from eBay and the one that arrives isn`t the one I bought!!!

been using ebay for over 10 years and only burned twice.. interestingly both were for model kits that sold well below their value..

claims raised against both when emails were refused to be answered by the sellers. fist one I had no luck with as the purchase was below £15 and wasn`t covered by ebays insurance at the time, second one I got a full refund..

Any faulty or misplaced items Ive had replaced or refunded no problem.. had one this week in fact.. a gopro battery charger that stopped functioning after the 4th charge..

Contact your seller Alun as Derek says, you`ll get it resolved, your covered by the Distance Selling Act as well as the Trades description Act..

Eventually you do get your money back, PayPal and eBay seem to actually be pretty good with that, but the hassle, delays and emails to get there.  Takes at least 10 working days to be able to escalate anything.  The guy selling the t-shirt is at least sending a replacement straight away but I`m going to have to return the other one (they`re going to pay the costs as well) but that means probably 30 minutes in a queue at the post office...

I just want what I ordered and don`t want to have to spend ages chasing around for it.
Just can`t believe how many problems I`ve had in a row recently.
