I have come across the original script for Alien 3, now before you all groan and tell me the movie is shite and why bother, let me just say that this is the original script by William Gibson that got thrown out and bears no relation to the travesty of a movie we all had to put up with.

The down side is after reading it you are left wondering why we didn`t get this instead.
Anyhoo if you want it (Word format) just PM me and I`ll fire it over to you.

Nah it`s set on a space station that picks up the Sulaco after it has crossed through territory owned by the red menace (well it was written at the end of the cold war!). Needless to say the dodo hits the fan in a huge, `you should have left it well alone` kinda way. I did enjoy it actually. My synopsis doesn`t really do it justice.

Alien 3 was certainly a catalogue of missed opportunity- the wooden monastery designs are included on the Quadrology DVD`s.

Exorcist III suffered a similar fate- studio interference in what promised to be an excellent horror movie. Film critic Mark Kermode was involved in trying to restore the footage but I`m not sure how this panned out.
