I was doing my usual eBay trawl and found these tree ornaments:

They are from the states, so the postage is just over £10, but they do look great!

Here is a piccy of their Iron Man (in deference to our beloved leader...)

Sorry for delayed reply.  Just not had very much time over the last couple of weeks to do anything.  Hoping Christmas will ease things off a little bit.

Those look really nice and great variety.

Bit pricey but does give me a idea to look out for possible decorations over the year and try for a decorated tree for next year.  Sure the other half will love it...or possibly not.  The 1:24 Iron Man kits I finished a little while back should work well.

Thanks for the link.

How about one of your larger lit Iron Man models in pride of place on the top of the tree?

A couple of years ago I did make some 1:144 scale WW2 planes and glitter them up, so they are now a permanent feature on the tree!

Not exactly Xmas decorations but when my mum bought our little Max a mobile for his cot I took the toys teddys off and replaced them with the little revell pocket star wars models. No harm in starting them early.

Genius!!

Have some of those little ones (from an advent calendar from a few years ago). So definitely going to start collecting things together for next year.  Plus they might be cheaper after Christmas as well!
